Ty Gipson is a dedicated entrepreneur, community leader, and accomplished professional with a rich history of service and achievement. Born and raised in Bridge City, Texas, Ty graduated from Bridge City High School before continuing his education at Sam Houston State University, where he earned his degree in 1993.

During his college years, Ty participated in the prestigious Disney College Program, which led to an opportunity to work at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This experience played a pivotal role in shaping his career and entrepreneurial spirit.

Ty is the founder of Waterboy Graphics, a successful venture that reflects his passion for creativity and business. In 2006, he became the owner of Minuteman Press in Georgetown, Texas, a role he held until 2024. Under his leadership, Minuteman Press thrived, earning Ty the esteemed “Small Business Owner of the Year” award in 2007 and the “Service to Mankind Award” in 2012.

Beyond his business ventures, Ty has been deeply involved in community service. He served as a Georgetown City Councilman from 2015 to 2018 and has contributed his time and expertise to numerous organizations. Ty has held positions on the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Boys and Girls Club of Georgetown Board of Directors, and the Texas High School Hall of Fame Board of Directors.
